In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect, and such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the extent possible in such a manner as to be valid, legal, and enforceable and in a way that best carries out the intent of Nano.
